Our Fish and butters range allows you to pick your favourite fish and pair it with your favourite flavours by choosing one of our butters at just an extra 80p!
When you buy one of our fish with butters products they come vacuum packed and in an oven ready tray. So all you need to do is remove the fish from the vacuum pack, place the butter on top of the fish and stick straight in the oven.
First you choose your fish. At the moment this range includes:
Succulent fresh Salmon portions with the bones removed for your convenience. Prime quality, farmed in Scotland and Norway.
You will be blown away by how thick, colourful and fresh our fillets really are.
Top quality fresh Haddock Fillets. Beautiful white flesh and mouth watering flavour without the bones!
Versatile and can be used well in most white fish recipes. Delicious battered and deep fried but also suitable for pan frying, poaching, grilling, baking, steaming or microwaving. Making this the perfect fish to try with any of our butters!
Try our famous Grimsby Smoked Haddock. Regal Fish are proud to be one of the few suppliers in the country who can offer Traditional Grimsby Smoked fish that is PGI status.
The traditional smoking method lasts overnight and ensures the fish is full of flavor compared to modern kiln smoking that lasts for the minimum time necessary.
One of our most popular and versatile cuts of fish. Our superior quality cod has a firm flaky texture and a mild taste.
High in protein this fish makes a great healthy lunch and goes well with any of our butters.
Luxurious and market fresh sea bass fillets. With its meaty texture and mild, sweet flavour, sea bass is a great choice for those not used to eating fish and those who eat it every day.

An Italian dark green sauce that is traditionally made from pine nuts blended with fresh basil, parmesan or pecorino cheese, garlic and olive oil. Pesto is regularly used in pasta but also goes great with fish!
