New Years’ resolutions are little promises we make with ourselves, plans for the year, a way to carry the positive festive feeling in to 2016.
At Regal we’re looking to spend more time with family and friends. We’ll be focusing on sharing quick and healthy recipes with you, meal ideas for when you have loved ones to dinner, recipes that get the children involved and benefiting from the health aspects and taste of quality fish and seafood. And we’ll be expanding our range of nutritious luxury prepared products for when you need a hassle free meal you can take out of the freezer and pop straight into the oven.
After the party season, after all the rich food we deny ourselves the rest of the year, we’re looking to eat more healthily without losing out on flavour, quality and that sense of occasion. With our wide range of fresh and frozen fish and shellfish, getting your recommended two or more portions of fish a week will be fun, varied and rewarding. One of your recommended portions ought to be an oily fish like salmon, tuna, trout, mackerel…the list we supply goes on. It’s a perfect opportunity to try something new.
We’ll be cheering on Karl, one of our knowledgeable call centre staff, as he aims to get fit and enter three body building competitions in 2016. What Karl doesn’t know about health and nutrition isn’t worth knowing and he’ll be eating plenty of oily fish for better joint function and lots of white fish for a low fat protein choice. Good luck, Karl!
It’s usually this time of year when we’re recovering financially from Christmas and maybe starting to save for that holiday in the sun. Buying a kilo of our superior quality fresh fish and freezing it in portions at home is an excellent alternative to those flimsy packets of fish you find at the supermarkets that don’t always have the quality you’re looking for. More than that, we’ll be expanding our recipe catalogue with a focus on health, simplicity, affordable luxury and, more importantly, taste.
Sticking to resolutions takes planning and preparation. Over the next few weeks we’ll be sharing tips with you about the advantages of fresh and frozen fish, how to freeze fish and recipe suggestions to make sure you always have a delicious meal minutes away.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support and feedback and we look forward to providing you with an excellent service in 2016 and onwards.
